A word about email hyperlinks: I have had several questions regarding the email hyperlinks. For those who aren't aware, email hyperlinks on the internet (this is true for most internet sites, not just this one) are generally set to open a message in Microsoft Outlook Express or Outlook. If you do not use either of these, it will still open a message as if you do (even if you don't have these programs installed-Windows Message Center will then open it). Here is what you do if you use a different email program (such as Yahoo or Gmail): open your usual email and open a new message as if you are about to email somebody (because you are going to do so). Then, click on the email link on this page, and when the new email message pops up, copy and paste the email address in the "To" line of your usual email program's "new message" window. Close out the pop-up message. Then, type your message and send using your usual email program. I hope these instructions help. If not, then I suggest you open Microsoft Windows Help (or the Help menu for whatever OS you are using).
